Who we are

What we collect

• Email address — the email you submit to join the waitlist, so we can notify you about early access and launch.
• Limited technical data — we briefly process your IP address to rate-limit submissions and protect the form from abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use your email solely to send you product and launch updates related to Spreadlyy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us operate the waitlist (for example, our database and hosting providers), who process it only on our behalf.

Retention

We keep your email for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you ask us to remove it. The transient technical data used for rate-limiting is short-lived and is not stored long term.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@spreadlyy.com. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Changes

As Spreadlyy moves from waitlist to a live product, we will update this policy to reflect the data the platform handles. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
